An addition to the Intersec family

Following the cancellation of Intersec Thailand this year owing to political unrest, Messe Frankfurt is now launching Intersec Central Asia. The latest offspring in the Intersec family debuts May 27 to 29, 2009 in the Atakent International Exhibition Centre, Almaty, Kazakhstan. The parent fair Intersec Middle East has run for ten years already in Dubai. There is also an Intersec China, Shenzhen and the Seguriexpo Bisec, Buenos Aires. The new security fair is being organised by Messe Frankfurt RUS, Moscow on projected exhibition space of 2,000 m², with 3,500 visitors and 120 exhibitors expected. On show will be Security (access control, alarms, biometrics), Home & Building Automation (intercom and communication systems, intelligent appliances, home security systems), Fire (fire protection, fire safety equipment & service), Natural Disasters and Rescue (detection and response systems, warning systems, emergency monitoring), Occupational and Personal Safety (work related protective devices, personal security) and National Security (products for airport, aviation, seaport, marine and border securities).
