Ungerboeck Systems International (USI) are moving towards a new generation of knowledge transfer to offer their customers - the users of EBMS Event Business Management Software - a wider basis of training possibilities. USI have created a new customer service platform, the USI-Wiki, as a novel, interactive way for USI staff and clients to store and share information on all aspects of the EBMS software, including the Help Text and Interactive Documentation. Frequently Asked Questions and Generic Process Instructions will be incorporated into Wiki pages along with the USI Support Knowledge Base. Links to EZGuides, the EBMS Configuration Guide and Data Model create a one-stop source for basic configuration documentation and training. Another source of USI customer training is Webinars. Webinars will be held on a variety of subjects, starting with an overview of the new release of EBMS version 17.1. These Webinars will be scheduled and posted via the USI web calendar.
