Tuyap-Reed CEE cooperation |
| Tuyap Holding, the Turkish fair and exhibitions organising company, is
to join forces with the world?s largest organiser, Reed Exhibitions. Tuyap is selling half of the shares of 3 trade fairs to REED CEE GmbH Austria, according to local Turkish reports. The company operates five venues in Turkey, home to major international events including BolognaFiere?s Cosmoprof beauty exhibition and the Istanbul Autoshow. Turkey\'s Competition Authority has now received an application from Tuyap Fuarcilik for Reed to become a 50 per cent stakeholder for 3 fairs. The company had a share capital of more than US31m in 2005 and at least 400 employees. |
